Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the course will be invoiced in full to cover preparation costs (any handouts will be posted to the delegate at the Council's address). The NTS bursary scheme for smaller councils: 2010-2012

 

The scheme is set to continue through to March 2012, forms have been updated on the NALC website for this financial year for download. The policy remains as:

 

Bursary Form

Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA)

Each year, HAPTC runs a series of 7x 2-hour morning workshops spaced out at monthly intervals to support clerks and others wishing to gain this important qualification. During the sessions, they receive instruction and explanation to help them to complete their portfolio and then have the time in-between to work on a particular module. Further guidance is always available between these sessions.

In 2012, the course fee per delegate from HAPTC member councils will again be £200, £300 for non-members, for total course (kept at 2008 rate!) + there is a £150 CiLCA Registration charge.
